“The service was good but when booking the package it included all airport related charges - however the £5 charge was taken when dropping off and picking up the car. I just feel 'duped'”
“Staff were great however was not Meet & Greet at the airport doors as we thought-we had to drive back on ourself away from the airport and then walk back a good 15 minutes with our luggage and children which was not ideal-should not be advertised as meet and greet!”

“It wasn’t meet and greet on the way in. Phoned up 10 minutes before arrival as instructed and got someone with a really thick accent and was difficult to understand but eventually got the instructions to drive to a lockup 10 minutes walk away. On the way back however it WAS meet and greet. That bit was awesome!”
