“I had to extend my stay abroad due to unforseen circumstances. I tried to extend the time for the car park but was told I had to contact the car park directly which, at the time was impossible. I had to pay an additional £15, which I do not think is unreasonable for an extra 12 hours but it caused me additional stress because i was unable to contact them and wondering if I would be able to leave the car park at all. Thankfully, it worked out OK having paid the additional fee of £15.
There is one thing I must add, you need to clearly mark out the sections of the car park. I landed late at night, I am a woman on my own and struggled to find my car which was quite frightening. I knew my car was parked on section 9 but was unable to even find the sign stating "block 9".
Please add visible signs for the number of each block with effective lighting.

“A little gem, a carpark that's right in the airport, less than a 5 minute walk from the terminal. Well sign posted, pull up to the barrier, once your car registration is recognised you enter. Park up lock the car, bring your keys with you and enjoy your holiday. Exiting is as easy as arriving.”
“After our flight was delayed on returning, we had a further payment of £15 to leave the car park ,I was not expecting the system to charge me as you would think it would know the flight numbers so it would know of the delay, but once again it's just another way of rinsing more money out of the working man's pocket just like every man and their dog. “Great car park very close to the terminal, the car park is large so it depends where you find a bay as to how long a walk it is from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. It only takes pre booked vehicles so it's all on number plate recognition really smooth and at a great price through aph”
