“Easy to find and use BUT I am in a mobility scooter and the spot to cross the road adjacent to the office was BLOCKED for me by a car left there and I could not get to the crossing. Really annoying. Had manhandle scooter over a kerb instead of using a ramp.
Please ensure this does not happen again , put bollards there to stop parking.”
“I had always used the Long Stay Car Park, and was surprised to find that APH were using a different location. Whilst the walking distance was pretty much the same, I found that the directions given could be made clearer. I arrived early morning when dark, and whilst there was one sign before the Airport roundabout, there are 4 exits and the 4th exit is badly lit and easily missed.”
