“Booked the parking before hand. Drove up to the barrier and gained access with no problems. Finding a vacant parking place took quite a while as had to drive up and down all of the parking rows to finally get a space. When finally parked it was a short walk to the Airport Terminal. On returning, collected the car and drove up to the barrier and exited without any problems. Would use Park Smart again. The only niggle was the lack of ease of finding a free space to park considering we were travelling outside the school holidays.”
“The Park Smart car park is very poorly signposted on the approach to JLA. This resulted in me parking in the long stay car park on the opposite side of the road. On my return on the date booked, when leaving the car park I was forced to pay an extra £10 to raise the barrier as I had parked in the wrong car park.”
