“No disabled parking, making the long walk and tight spacing very difficult for my wife. Not as close as it indicates to be near the airport, yes walkable but unless in the front rows, it’s a long walk.
Parking is very tight and people seem to be able to park wherever they want. Some had parked on the designated pedestrian walkways forcing you to walk in to the line of traffic driving round looking for a spot less than 10 minute walk from the airport.
We will not be using this car park again, Liverpool long stay is better and nearer. The “Smart Park” is anything but smart.
There was also an indicated £70 additional charge when we went to leave, as APH had not updated the “Smart Park” people with my revised travel plans. Despite them sending me the paperwork to confirm changes. After calling APH, they asked me to ring Smart Park, eventually after some lengthy discussions I was allowed to to leave without paying another £70”
“Excellent service, I had changed the VRM of the vehicle being left. This wasn’t apparent upon arriving at the car park, spoke to a nice lady using the intercom who sorted the issue with no problems. Would highly recommend”
“Location is perfect, very easy to find and drive in and out of. Short-ish walk to terminal is ok evn when car park is relatively full at peak periods.”
“Once we found it….. the post code in the book g takes you to the pre booked airport parking not park smart.
Once there everything g went smoothly. Max 10 minutes walk to the airport. Would definitely use again.”
“Easy to use online booking, ANPR at gate with a personal ‘hello’ with your name on it, so you know it’s picked up the correct car/person. Only a 5 min walk to terminal.”
