“I think its ridiculous that you cannot change car details last minute. My travelling companion had a bereavement last minute and I therefore couldn't arrive in her car. It was a weekend and the only message on the booking company number was that they were closed. No reference was made to a contact number in the event of a problem which is apparently available somewhere online if you know where to look. I had to book alternative parking which apparently cannot be reimbursed. Not a good service”
