“Booked the night before my flight early morning.Barrier did not open,I panicked as worried about missing flight so pressed button for ticket. It opened the barrier. Once at destination I contacted APH customer service,explained the issue,they explained to me because of late booking the computer at Liverpool's airport might not have processed the info .They reassured me that on my return if barrier won't open press buzzer speak to staff give ref number and all will be ok.It did not open barrier on exit so done as explained and all was ok.”
