“Easy to use and book online, just across the road from the airport terminal (2min walk).
Had an issue with the gate not opening when leaving, but this was resolved straight away when we pressed the communication button. This is the second time we’ve used the long stay and will use again in the future, as the car is safe and secure.”
“Very easy to find, well sign posred. Entry process no problem they even had a board to say where available parking spaces were. Found a space no problem at all. Exit pricess just as easy. All in all woukd definately use again”
“The instructions given on your email stated that on entering the car park you had to take a ticket. No ticket was issued from the machine but the barrier did raise causing confusion! The directions in the car park are hopeless the markings on the road were worn out and signage to the exit was almost non existent. Also no one answered the intercom facility at the barriers. Simple fixes are required asap.”
