“I had trouble finding the car park as I lost instructions on my phone. I forgot to drive to the roundabout at the airport and double back. This was entirely my fault and I panicked when I saw the red lines and notices that if you stop near the airport you are liable for a £100 fine. Now that I know how to get there I will be using you again as very professional.”
