“Forgotten how many times we've used this car park. No shuttle transfers anymore but only a 7 minute walk from departure lounge. 1st class service again.”
“Dropped my car off and took pictures of my speedo and when I arrived back five days later my fuel had gone down and they have managed to add 4 miles to the car, I know they move cars out side and then back in but 10yrds in five days doesn’t add to 4 miles. Means that they have been joy riding about in customers vehicles.
Wouldn’t recommend and definitely not going back”
“The arrival check-in was seamless. I arrived early to collect my car and what I found worried my a bit. On arrival I was ask for my car registration on giving it I was handed my keys and was told the car is parked outside. My worry is anyone could just look at the cars parked outside walk in and give the registration number of any car receive the keys and drive away. Security requires tightened up, say ask for the owners name, minimum. Please treat this as feedback not criticising.”
“No clear signs as to where the car park is, the address given on the email kept taking me outside of Liverpool airport and not to the car park. I was going to be late for my flight so ended up having to park in the long stay car park after paying for this car park. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re not familiar with this airport , I contacted customer service and they wouldn’t offer a refund.”
“Pro -Arrival and departure quick and easy. Short walk to airport.
Against - radio on and on a different station to one i listen too - could have had a flat battery. Also windscreen wipers left in uprighg position.”
“Would recommend, easy to find using the postcode and directions given, just down the road from the airportmy 6 year old walked it fine at 2am in about 10 minutes”
