“Been booking my vehicles with APH for over 25Yrs,Actually booked the wrong car park at Liverpool airport, Should have been APH Smart car park, Any way dropped off the vehicle but was very apprehensive informed the the attendant i was taking the milage from the vehicle before handing over the keys.Arrived back at the car park at 23.30Hrs a week later to find the car outside the warehouse not a problem, Bit concerned i was not asked for any ID or the parking form before collecting my keys all i was asked was which my car was.Sorry not booking this particular car park again.
Still book with APH because i have had great service over the years.”
“We booked this car park on the basis that there was an option to pay for a shuttle to the airport terminal if needed. As it was pouring with rain when we arrived our plan was to pay the extra for the shuttle, however when we requested this from the attendant he said the airport was just 5 minutes away. When I explained that the details on the website offers this service, he stated they had stopped this a while ago. So why is it still being advertised!”
