“I’ve used imagine park-and-ride a few times it’s just a short walk to and from John Lennon Airport but if it’s raining the people I imagine will drive you down in your own car obviously pay for the exit and on return I just walk back, leave the Wife there and walk back at the car and pick her up with luggage, would recommend

“Drop off and pick up were fine,car ready by gate for collection.Big pothole in road though..
Note..No transfer as stated on APH website,not great at 4am..,walked from terminal on return then drove back to pick up my wife and luggage.Need to be careful doing that due to stopping restrictions.”
“Review left on Google. Shocking service and I’d strongly consider using these under your brand name. Refused to collect us when we landed in the early hours of the morning in stormy conditions saying they don’t offer the ride service leaving us to walk back with all of our luggage.
Car was seemingly abandoned away from the lock up I’d left it in, in a far from secure location. Customer service was terrible. Put me off using APH in the future in all honesty.”
“Good location to the airport but one downside they never mentioned about the extra £5 charge taking us to the airport,
Thought this would be part of the fee we paid and they use your car to drop us off at the airport?”
“The staff at imagine Park were amazing, very friendly and efficient.
They dropped us at the airport in our car, and it cost £5 which is what the airport charge.
We would have walked but had my parents with us, who are not good at walking !!!
They gave us a number to call when we arrived back, after calling them they were there in minutes, with our car. From there we went home. It cost £5 to leave the airport carpark.
I would certainly recommend Imagine, they were fab !!!!”
