“Have parked here numerous times with no problems at all. However upon returning recently from a weekend away early hours of the morning I was greeted with a blank face when I gave my registration number in . After around 5 mins I was told my car was parked round the back of the building . In daylight this would be no problem but 1am in the morning I felt quite unsafe. It was dark with no lighting at all and as a single female with no one around I felt very vulnerable looking for my car .
On my paperwork it stated I would pick up at 12.30 so I'm guessing they made the mistake thinking it was 12.30 pm, hence my car not being parked at the front .”
“I found the premises quite tricky to find as it’s on a small commercial industrial site.
First impressions it looks a little shambolic as there are vehicles all over the place.
Also it’s quite a walk to the airport if you are carrying or moving suitcases and baggage.
When we returned our vehicle was parked down the street of the industrial site in a secure fashion with loads of vehicles all over the place.
I won’t be using this facility ever again and I am disappointed with APH. Whom I’ve used for years without any concerns.”
