“No problems dropping car off and walking 5 minutes to the airport, would have been different if it was bad weather thou !!!
Landed around 1.30am and made our way to pick the car up, as we got to the imagine building there was a family stood outside who explained the building was locked up and no staff anywhere. The landline number just rang and the mobile number was disconnected. Other families also turned up and waited to collect cars and drop cars off.
Eventually 40 minutes later someone turned up,opened the building and started swearing at everyone who dared to complain.
We collected our keys and were directed 100 yards on to an industrial estate where the car was just dumped at the side of the road !!!”
