“Our booking could not be found and staff took ages to sort this out. The room was comfortable but the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. When we left, I spoke to reception who enquired if I was waiting for the free shuttle bus. He neglected to tell me they weren't running. We had to get a taxi. All in all, poor service.”
“Large hotel close to Heathrow Terminal 5. Nice decor, large bedrooms, comfortable beds. Used the restaurant and service and food were very good. Have stayed twice now prior to flights and am happy to use again.”
“Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. Location for terminal 5 is great. However, the additional bed in our room was not there on check in, we then had to ask another 3 times over a 4 hour period, which was frustrating when needing to get our daughter to bed ready for our early start the next morning. We ate dinner in the gallery restaurant and wished we hadn’t bothered as the service was very poor. Not surprising that everyone else was ordering Uber Eats deliveries! To summarise, lovely rooms but terrible service throughout.”
