Smooth drop off however info states level 3 when in fact it is level 4 in car park led to confusion . Car taken away. On return we telephoned and car was duly returned promptly. On returning home had a £100 fine for parking at Sheraton and not paying . We contactedSheraton direct and this was promptly cancelled . A professional service , would use again.”
