“I am extremely disappointed following leaving my car with Edward Lloyd Parking EV! Ironically "EV" suggests and I did confirm that my car is to be charged! When I got back from an overnight transatlantic flight I was "eventually" met albeit not in the place where I was told to go with my car which had not been charged! In addition I was charged a further £15 (£7.50 each way) to access the short stay car park. I am furious as I had to pay again and to wait to charge the car on the way home. I have had no reimbursement or apology and will not be using them again!!”
