“It wasn’t clear upon booking that you had to leave your keys and then the long stay car park is 4 miles away. Not a problem per se, just something to be aware of.”
“Firstly ignore post code and follow the directions provided by APH! Upon arrival everything is s handled professionally and in a friendly manner. Really close to T5 so no time is wasted. Definitely would use again when flying from T5.”
“I booked my vehicle at the Maple Express Park & Ride for 6 days. It was peace of mind that the service was excellent and it was so close to the T5. The shuttle is a so handy as I did not have to drag my luggages to distance. Thanksto all the staff.”
“Excellent service at a very competitive price. Used them for an early morning departure from T5. Transfer coach departed after approx 10 min wait, so perfectly acceptable. Return coach was approx 8 min wait, again totally acceptable. Car was parked up for the duration of the stay, and only moved to the collection point on the morning of collection. I know that Maple Meet & Greet has had some poor reviews, but this experience of parking at the compound was faultless.”
“Booking was relatively easy. The location is outside of the ULEZ charge zone. Checking in at Reception was also quite easy. However, on our return from the airport, we went to the bus stop that we had been told to go to which was at 11:15pm. We waited for the bus for 30 mins at which point I called to ask where the bus was only to be told that there wasn't a bus at that time of night at that stop and was told I should get a taxi. We got a taxi and just managed to get there before midnight when we would have had to pay for the following day. It would've been helpful to have been told beforehand where the bus stop at that time of night was going from.”
“Good value for money and simple to book. The drop off location was simple to find and the whole process was stress-free from beginning to end. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service to the airport terminal was regular - there was very little waiting time for either drop off or collection. We will definitely use Maple Parking again.”
