“I parked at Heathrow for two weeks, location is outside ulez zone, but sat nav using post code provided takes you in opposite direction right into ulez zone. The location is not paved in full it is a piece of waste land with a small office crammed at one end. Your car is checked in then driven off site somewhere. I would not recommend it here. They use a very small mini bus to transfer you over to terminals. There is hardly any room for bags and the seats are crammed in no leg room. Driver on return helped with suitcases, on way out there was no help. Staff(drivers taking cars off site) were milling around and staring offering no help or guidance as to where to go to get car booked in.
Staff inside office were ok not overly friendly and little bit snappy. My car on return was parked in middle and had another car almost touching boot. I could not get to boot to put my suitcases in.
It was all a bit of a mish mash set up. Cheap but wouldnt use again my car was completely adjusted, seat/mirrors/steering wheel and oddly passenger seat.”
