“Was simple to find and the busses were focused on the who needs to go.
On return, we almost missed one of the return busses but the driver was very kind and stopped in another bus stop as it was passing! Excellent service”

“Arrival and return processes were quick when you got to the front of the queue. Staff friendly. Buses to and from terminal worked well. Car filthy on collection - clearly stored outside somewhere…. No arrival checks undertaken. No release checks effected. Barrier code relearse supports security of carpark. Overall a reasonable service and experience and not bad value for money.”
“Extremely easy location to find, just a few minutes off the M25. Smooth and quick check in process with a bus ready and waiting. I was able to get a bus across to Terminal 2 for my outbound flight, and bus back from Terminal 5 for my inbound flight. Bus was also waiting on my return so all in all very efficient. Reasonably priced and was able to use Tesco Clubcard vouchers for even more of a discount. Be aware though that T&C's state that the car may be moved to overflow areas if required, mine obviously was as 8 miles were put on the clock. So if you'd prefer your car to stay in the same location, then this isn't for you.”
“Situated on Bath road, about as close to Terminal 5 as you can get without being 'on-airport' this parking facility was absolutely perfect. We used the 'Park and Ride' facility which involved dropping the car off at the car park and taking the shuttle bus in to the terminal. The drop-off procedure was very simple; you drive in through and illuminated cube where photos are taken of your vehicle on arrival. You then proceed to the drop off area before handing your keys in to reception.
The shuttle buses are fast and frequent, getting you to the terminal within minutes of arriving at the car park.
For departure, the car was brought to the collection area where you can be away and on the road in minutes.
The biggest bonus for us is that the car park is located outside the London ULEZ area, meaning that no additional charges are necessary for those who happen to drive older, non-compliant cars.
We will definitely use this facility again for its convenience and location. A real bonus find!”
