I found the staff very polite and helpful.
I had a problem with my brakes upon exiting and they helped to try to fix my car and added brake fluid to assist. Eventually I had to call the RAC but they allowed me to leave my car in the car park for nearly 24 hours before the RAC collected my vehicle.

“Well organised, polite, buses appeared to be leaving for T5 very regularly, on return to Heathrow bus appeared shortly after I stood at stop, waited a few minutes and we then departed, late in evening and appeared bus had arrived just for me. At park attendant took keys and bought car to me.”
