“The location was easy to find and useful being close to T5, and I will probably book here for January 2025 but is just a cabin and a small car park. While away I tracked my car and found it to be parked several miles away from where I had dropped it off. I mentioned this to the operative on my return, and he explained that it was shown on the booking that they use 7 car parks in the area up to 7 miles distance. I had kept the fuel level low as to give me enough to reach home with out having to worry about refueling on the way home. But now 15 miles had been used and this caused me to worry whether I would make it to my destination. If I had been aware of this 'parking offsite', I would have calculated for it. Please make it clear at time of booking that this would be the case.
While I am here, I was disappointed that their drivers were unhelpful. When using APH in Gatwick the drivers are always courteous and good at helping people with their luggage on and off the bus and onto the racks. NOT the case at Maple. I even dropped a hint, as I struggled off the bus, to the driver which had no affect.”
