“Used twice now. Easy to find, good directions. Very quick check-in and on to bus which only takes 3-4 mins into T5 drop-off point. Price is pretty reasonable. Return/collection all works well too. No hesitation in recommending for heathrow T5”

Having used the postcode on the confirmation and website we were directed to a village in the opposite direction and had we not left plenty of time might have missed our flight.
