“Despite the high tech entry scanner, the rest is a bit of a dump, with cars packed in. I was disturbed that my car had been driven 8 miles after I dropped it off. Where and by whom? This was not made clear.
In future I will use a more established parking company.”
“Easy to find, clear directions given to stay out of the Ulez zone. From parking car to checking in and getting on bus took a total of 10 mins max. No walking involved as everything is all in one place.. to parking your car outside reception, checking in at reception and the bus to T5 picks you up from outside reception. Flawless. Will defo use again.”
“I don't want to tell you how great this was because next time I want to use them (and I will) everyone will have read my review and it'll be much more popular and expensive.
The parking is a shorter bus ride from T5 than most of the on-site parking, and the buses are pretty regular. Coming home I suppose we waited about 12-15 minutes, which was longer than expected, but on the way out it took only that long, right from parking the car to walking into T5. Price-wise I paid about £35 for two days, whilst the long stay was almost £55 and the pods car park was an eye-watering £75.
Can't fault it. Please don't use it or they'll put their prices up!”
“I prefer to drop my car at a car park rather than have valet parking for peace of mind, knowing it’s secure whilst I’m away. Drop off was easy and I was at T5 within 15 minutes of arriving at Maple. The bus was at the terminal when I returned and I was in my car within minutes of being back at the car park. I would happily use them again”
