“The only negative was a long wait for the bus at Terminal 2 in our return, Approx 45 minutes I had to call to check we were in the correct place. Apart from that small annoyance all good.”

“Arrival at Maple Express was very smooth but it was pickup that was not. They advertise as buses every 10 minutes but we waited at terminal 5 for over 30 minutes. I did ring and was told the buses are very 10 minutes and one would be with us in a few minutes which was in the end almost 10 minutes more.
Once back at the car, we found the front window all smeary where I think they had wiped it to get the mist off it but we had to clean it to be able to see to drive. All the mirrors had been moved which we didn’t expect. We’ve used car parks where we leave keys before and not found this to be an issue previously. When you get back to the car after a flight, you really just want to get on the road home and not have to adjust everything”
“Easy to find. Staff are switched on. Regular buses to terminal 5, which is a stone's throw from the facility. Couple of small points, at the entry barrier, it is not clear if you are to drive up to the barrier or enter a code. The code did not appear to work on the exit barrier when leaving.
Could be me so overall very good.”
