“The drop off and collection process was straightforward and convenient. However when I collected the car it was covered in thick sand (along with all the other cars in the collection car park). It was so bad that I had to find a car wash immediately to carefully wash off the dust before I dared to lower windows or put wipers on due to risk of scratching the glass! It looks like the driver had already smeared and scratched the drivers side glass with the sand on it prior to me collecting the car..
I suspect the cars may have been stored next to some construction site whilst we were on holiday because I have never seen such a level of dust before from a week of parking! In my opinion, this is an unacceptable way to look after a customer’s property and I would be embarrassed to return it like this. The whole experience added stress after a long journey back to the UK and I will never use this car park again.”
