“Very impressed with the service. This might have been the less stressful airport parking experience. Easy to get to, not crowded, easy to drop your car and your keys, easy to pick the car on the way back. The bus also runs very often. And it doesn't cost a fortune.
Will definitely use again!”
“Pros:
- The drop off point and shuttle to the airport was easy and seamless.
- Staff were friendly.
- reasonably priced compared to other providers.
Cons:
- I took a picture of my mileage at the drop off and noticed that my vehicle had been driven an additional 12 miles upon collection. So I am not sure why there is an additional 12 miles, perhaps where the vehicle is actually kept is 6 miles away. If so I was not aware of this. Can this be confirmed?
- upon vehicle collection, my car driving seat and position had been changed significantly. Height, back/lower lumbar support had all been moved or changed.”
“What a great service from beginning to end. This was the first time I'd used any kind of airport parking and as I was using Tesco clubcard points to pay for it, I was a bit anxious. I had no need to be worried. The booking was easy and on the day all staff were polite and extremely helpful. On return, I had trouble locating the receipt card and was very jet lagged. The staff were really helpful and patient and it took no time at all to do some security checks, before I was given the car key and told where to find the car. I was really impressed and would definitely use the service again. Thank you to all APH staff!”
