“Good service but they need to improve directions to the car parks as we turned left instead of right on the roundabout and went into the ULEZ zone which could have cost us had we not had a car that is exempt. When you call them they send you a pin to their direct location, I think this should be sent to all customers anyway! Journey back to collect was good, we only waited 5 mins for a bus and car was ready for collection. The car had done 11 miles so they obviously take offsite.”
