“Bus wait at the airport was to long, when we arrived at the car park the staff didn’t know where the car was parked. So took far too long at 9pm with two kids to get the car. A little unprofessional.”

From the instructions to avoid straying into the ULEZ, the arrival and return proceedures and short transfer to/from T5. This is an excellent choice when travelling from West of Heathrow as it avoids much of the traffic!”

Round as we entered the car park. The staff were all very polite and friendly. Really quick transfer to T5 and easy drop off. On return we weren’t quite sure which bus stop we should go to for the transfer back to the car park but we phoned the number on our parking documents and found out where to go quite quickly. Transfer back was easy and pick up took literally 5 minutes. Car was in good shape and we were off on the M25 in no time!”
“Staff very friendly and helpful even at 4:30am!! Easy drop off and collection from Airport. On collecting the car, it had a paper mat on the floor, I trust them looking after my car while I'm away. I would definitely use them again when flying from Heathrow.”

Not sure where they move the cars to, but it must be quite a distance according to fuel consumption. Perhaps they should say how far the maximum distance from drop off too where they will be stored.
This is not a major problem and would not stop us using them again.”
