“EXCELLENT. We booked before we arrived, and it was easy to find. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We were on our way to departures within 10 minutes. On return we only had to wait 5 minutes for the coach to collect us and the car was ready to drive away on our return. Thank you”

Return check out: 3 , Car was not ready. ‘gentlemen’ told me my car was on the ‘left or right’, it wasn’t - it was surrounded by other parked cars and they had to move cara to get it free.
All the mirrors were adjusted (along with the drivers seat) and the AC was set to full once I started my car.
None of the other people who picked up their cars at the same time had to wait for their cars.
I have used two other Parking providers in the last year and will NOT be using Maple again.”
“V easy to find from M25 Junction 14 and also very near to Terminal 5. No nonsense easy check in and out with friendly and polite office staff. Hardly any wait in both directions for courtesy bus. Only downside for me was return bus. No ac so uncomfortably stuffy. I was inadvertently trying to board having waited for people to alight but did not see a late party at the back of the bus. After an 11 hour flight plus considerable baggage wait, I did not appreciate being yelled at by the bus driver. Unfortunate as Maple very positive in other ways.”
