“Driving from the M4, the car park is easy to find. Check in was quick and easy.
The person already waiting for the bus when I arrived ended up waiting for 30 minutes, which is much longer than stated on the website.
The journey to T5 takes nearly 10 minutes.

“The staff are very polite and the buses were very frequent the only criticism as a lady traveller on her own it would have been nice if the driver had given assistance getting my suitcase on and off the bus.”
“Left my car for an overnight trip. All seemed good. Parked car, handed keys to office and jumped on bus for a few minutes drive to terminal. On arrival back waited around 10 minutes at terminal for bus back to car park. No issues and good value”
