“Very easy drop off. Car is photographed on entry and you drop your car off . Transfer to terminal very short. On return we had to wait a little longer than 10 min but car was waiting to be driven away.”

Check in was easy, a bus was waiting for us and on return, we only waited 5 minutes for a bus. Key collection was efficient and our car was parked only a short distance away. Will use again.”

“Great location, so close to T5. Only criticism is that whoever parked my car seemed to have adjusted everything in the car; seats, heater, mirrors, etc. Also, the SOS phone button, as it is now showing is "inoperative", and will now need to be re-set at Mercedes dealership.”
