“It was fine. The postcode they give took me to a completely different place which was very stressful. However, a phone call to them which they did answer quickly solved the problem. I suggest following the directions instead of relying on a satnav.
We lost the ticket to come back but they were very good about it and it didn't cause any problems. The transfer took ages to arrive though. I think they need to up the amount of buses they have as it was a long cold wait at Heathrow which after a long flight was a bit much.”

“It's my second time using Maple Express. Everything was perfect and very convenient. Only thing is, the navigation does not take you to correct location. You should call and get a text from them. Can get there easily If you follow the location on their text.”
