“I would recommend to stay however we were moved from our original triple room booking from a different hotel to a room at this hotel on a pull out bed which is not what we purchased and was not told this when our booking was moved this made our stay before the flight uncomfortable . On top of this parking at this hotel was more expensive than the original booking.”
“Unfortunately we should have been staying at the Atrium however upon arrival we found that it was closed an under refurbishment. We had no prior notification and spent 20 minutes on he phone only to find out we had been relocated to another hotel. Not the best service on this occasion. The ratings are based on the poor customer service alone, we should have been notified in advance. Not a good start to our honeymoon.”
“Had to pay £8 to park. Asked receptionist for a top up of coffee so that both room occupants could have a coffee, to be told there is a kettle and coffee in each room. After politely explaining we would like more coffee, receptionist just repeated theres a kettle and coffee in each room. Unbelievably poor customer service.”
“Our room smelt strongly of cigarettes, so we had to be moved. Then in our second room the phone would not work, and room service took an extremely long time. Staff were not very apologetic and would have appreciated some compensation due to the inconvenience”
