“The hotel itself was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and shower facilities were good too. It was very quiet inside the room, you couldn’t hear any outside noises at all it was very peaceful.
Only downside was that we booked the hotel and parking as part of a package via the airport website which states the overnight parking at the hotel was included/free. When we arrived and queried the overnight parking at the hotel and they initially said we would need to pay £17 then £12, we then showed the email and reconfirmed that it said the parking with the hotel was included in what we had already paid and they finally gave in and did not charge us. So just an FYI for anyone who books via the package with Heathrow as it seems they may not have it recorded that your parking is included!”
