“Modern hotel. Well furnished rooms. Very friendly staff from reception right through to bar and restaurant employees. Food and drink prices very reasonable. This was my first visit here but will certainly look to stay here on my next trip from Gatwick.”
“The room was large and comfy. The service in the restaurant was good, food was Ok, very limited menu, especially for dessert.
Generally, great for an overnight stay.
My only gripe is the £10 charge for parking overnight, I don't think I've ever paid for ths previously at any hotel.”
“Stayed over for 1 night on 8th January 2023 , have stayed before was good then & another comfortable stay this time . The only thing I would say is the receptionist on our arrival could of been happier , first impressions & all that , but apart from that an ok stay . Would stay again . Value for money .”
“We stayed in the Sandman Signature Hotel several times in earlier years. Returning to foreign travel we were again pleased to find welcoming staff and a well-appointed quiet room. Meals are available in the dining hall at additional modest cost. A short, easy to navigate car transfer to APH's long term car park was made without difficulty, where we were greeted by helpful staff. The same can be said also of the short transfer bus driver who helped in lifting our cases.”
“Decided to make the morning of the flight easier by staying overnight at Gatwick and including parking for the duration of our holiday, picked this hotel as it had a pool and it was a fabulous start to our holiday. The hotel looked fun and glamorous with a really nice restaurant, our room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The pool and steam room were just what we needed, will def stay here again. Staff were lovely esp the waitress in the restaurant.”
