“Are room wasn’t as nice as the last time we stayed . Pilllows and bed uncomfortable . Room very small . Just not the same standard to the last vist .”
“The hotel and staff were fantastic in finding us a room, as when we arrived there was no trace of our booking. This was eventually resolved and all was well. Although we did not eat there, the food looked wonderful and plentiful.”
“We only stayed for one night as we were due to fly out of Gatwick the following day however, what a really nice hotel. Well presented and clean. Our room was ideal with a nice comfortable bed and great pillows for a great nights sleep.
We had dinner there which was good but we went elsewhere for breakfast (only a mile or so away from the hotel) as we thought £18.95 is too much to pay (although the price is in line with a lot of other hotels).”
“A bit disappointing. Food choice poor so we went to the nearby Toby. Breakfast was uninspiring. We wish we had gone to the HolidY Inn Worth, or the Crowne Plaza at Felbridge as we did previously, which were much better.”
