“Was not told at check in that we wouldn't be able to eat in restaurant due to large tour group. Then waited in long que at bar to order.Asked to add chicken to my tagliatelle dish didn't happen so was asked to pay the additional amount. Waitress told me that was £4.75 however said on menu £4.50 took over 10-15 mins to receive extra chicken in which time my husband ate his dinner. When brought out waitress joked about that we had ate separately and was watching each other eat. Room vent even when ac was switch of was so loud sounded like a washing machine going off. Decor nice but won't stay at this hotel again.”
“Restaurant staff attentive and pleasant, food was good. Rooms a good size but furniture rather tired. Bed comfortable though and tea/coffee in the room plus a fridge was welcome.”
