“Some problems with meeting us when we departed for our holiday. Despite phoning 30 minutes before arrival at Gatwick there was nobody there to greet us and we had to make another phone call so we ended up waiting for 45 minutes after arriving at the Car park. On arrival back from holiday our car was waiting for us and the driver was very helpful telling us of hold ups on the motorway.”
