“Excellent customer service. I was very nervous about using an external company having previously only used Gatwick meet and greet. APH had an excellent price and their service was impeccable. They called me a week ahead to confirm I was still travelling and then again about an hour before planned arrival to confirm I knew where to go and what to do. They had our car waiting for us on arrival and the driver was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.”
“On returning, despite having called from the baggage reclaim and told that the car would be taken to the pick-up area at the South Terminal car park, we had to wait for over 30 minutes at the car park for the car to be delivered to us. After waiting for 20 minutes, we called to ask what was happening and the telephone receptionist seemed surprised that the driver had not arrived with us and said that she would check with him. We then heard nothing until the driver eventually arrived. He told us that the delay was because he had gone to the North Terminal and had been working for over 12 hours and so was tired and confused. He did apologise for the delay but this seemed rather cursory, particularly as we had not heard back from the receptionist to explain what was happening. Not a good experience.”
