“When we were sent the booking details it gave the incorrect location. At 2 o’clock in the morning it sent me to the office behind the Shell petrol station in Copthorne? Not only were the written directions wrong, so was the postcode? No phone numbers on the confirmation, we’ll not that worked! Totally frustrated and anxious. Luckily the station is 24hr and the person inside was able to point me roughly in the correct direction. When I got to your site, I pointed out the error and showed your employee my printed confirmation inc directions, he just shrugged his shoulders and said oh well! As you can imagine this added extra time and extra stress to the start of my holiday. I wasn’t a happy bunny.”
