“Have used APH many times but a couple of negatives on our last trip.
Firstly the coach trip to Gatwick was very cold , no heating on coach, the driver said the coach hadn't warmed up enough, it was 4.30am.
Secondly arrived at a freezing cold Gatwick and had to wait over 20 minutes to get collected, I had texted as soon as we arrived but still had to phone and ask where the coach was, I was informed that it would be with us shortly, unfortunately we were frozen by the time it arrived”
“Arrived home on Sunday 22nd coldest night of the year completely iced up and must say a massive thank you to the man driver of the coach for the wonderful help he gave us with suitcases and de icing are car at 2pm in the morning we would of not got home with out his help and also thanks to the girls on the desk .”
