“It was a great easy booking, straightforward check-in & out with lovely helpful staff on both journeys with a lovely man on the 27/7 and a really pleasant lady on the return trip on the evening of the 13/8.

“Very good service, easy to check in and the driver was very helpful in. Directing us to our hotel. On the return journey we did not have to wait long for the bus. We have found that the reception staff and drivers to be excellent.”
“Easy parking and signs some distance from terminals but shuttle bus was waiting. We left from north but returned to south so we were a little confused over where to get bus. The signs are for long stay car parks but APH goes from the lower floor!.
There are toilets and seating at the car park which are useful.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Best value for money and we always use them! We used Tesco vouchers too!”
