“As a user of APH for many years we would recommend without hesitation the company to new customers.
As we are both in our 70s with back pain issues we relish the fact that historically the transfer coach driver has taken our suitcases from us and stored them on the racks on our approach to the coach. This week the driver watched as we struggled with the cases and tried to give us advice as to how we should grasp each case to lift it into the racks-advice not well received as we had just stepped off the plane after a long overnight 8 hour journey cramped up in the plane seats. If this represents a new company policy we will be looking elsewhere for a new parking company. Lets hope it was a one off!”
“Always use APH, seem less service very friendly coach staff,just got back from Portugal 12/2/2024 and my car had a puncture on site staff helped get me back on the road.Brilliant as always.”
“I would have given a 5 but on the way to the airport we went to the south terminal first where nobody got off or got on. A simple check would have prevented that”
