“We've used APH three times. There's easy access to their site and they've always been expecting us for the pre-booked parking. There are no issues about what to do with your car on arrival as you simply leave it in the marked out lanes in the spacious arrival area. You simply go through reception and pick up a customer number and phone number to get in touch with them on your return. Staff are willing to help get your baggage onto the bus to airport departures and the driver asks which terminal you need as they will prompt you where you are as they circle the terminals. Bus drivers have always been friendly and helpful.
On return you just give them a call on the number provided, so that they can have your car positioned in a bay near to reception. You pick up their bus on the ground floor of the airport at a numbered bus stop and travel back to reception. At reception you pick up your car keys and the bay number to locate your car. It never seems like a big hurdle to get through to get to the airport. At worst, there's a short wait for the bus to leave APH for the airport or a short wait for the bus to arrive at the bus stop in the airport on your return.
I'm happy to recommend the service if driving to the 'airport' is a practical option for you because it couldn't be simpler. I also believe they are a professional organisation and don't feel they'll be using my car for driving around - I add this because we've all heard the stories and it's in the back of our minds.”
