“First class service as usual, one point I would like to make is the bus stop at North Terminal is rather confusing as the way the stand is designed people queue from the wrong end and when the bus arrives those customers at the end of the line get on first without realising.”

Bus arrived within 5 minutes. Both drives to airport and back were safe and careful. Car was where they said it would be and was undamaged. Security barrier system to leave worked perfectly.
