“Very punctual and polite staff. Good competitive fee for a week's parking. An observation would be to highlight and/or in bigger letters stae NORTH /SOUTH on the return instructions for picking up the car. On arriving back at Gatwick (any airport), brains are half asleep and it would avoid looking at the wrong side of the card and cursing that the instructions are 'wrong'.”
“We were met as soon as we arrived at the carpark. It was explained that there would be 12 added miles on the clock due to where they had to park the car. On our return the flight was over an hour late and landed after 1am. Despite this our car was waiting for us and the exchange was very smooth.”
