“We can not fault the service we had from Sentinels, all the staff we dealt with were efficient and friendly.
We arrived and parked the car up- there were plenty of spaces and went across to the office where there was no wait to see someone who was very cheerful despite the early time.
The shuttle bus arrived quickly and there was plenty of space to sit and to store the luggage.
Our flight was cancelled after we had waited in the airport all day, but when we arrived back At Sentinel’s office and explained they quickly brought our car back to us. The flight was rescheduled for the following morning at short notice. I phoned Sentinel on the way over and they were ready and waiting for a speedy drop off.
The bus driver helped passengers with their luggage when some more elderly passengers arrived.
All in all a great service and I will definitely be using again. Thanks to all the staff.”
