“Very easy to access, swift transfer to the terminal with a friendly driver who helps with your luggage. On the return journey the bus was waiting to take us to our car. Reception had the key ready, two blokes both had a bit of criac.”

“Overall the service was excellent as usual.
With the exception of the pick up back to Sentinel from the airport on 15 September. Your drivers are usually very helpful and pleasant and assist passengers with their cases on and off the bus. This time the driver merely watched everyone load and unload their cases without giving any help, and there was some elderly passengers on the bus.
I think I saw him give token assistance with one case when we got back to the Sentinel drop off.
I do recall we had the same driver on the return journey to Sentinel in either May or July and he was most inhelpful then also.”
