“Absolutely awful from start to finish. We booked at double room but on arrival we’d been allocated a single. We were told hotel was full and after some time we were eventually given a shabby twin room in an area of the hotel which was being renovated. No heating in this room. Nothing they could do because of the ongoing work. Eventually gave us a small heater, which had no impact, after explaining I suffer from acute migraines which can be aggravated by extreme cold. Had to sleep with clothes on and bath towels on top of duvets and sure enough I got a migraine which wasn’t pleasant when faced with a 6 hour flight! Too cold even to shower in the morning. Definitely won’t be staying here again”
